ALCHIMIA finest Pasta is made in-house by hand with Wood Rolling Pin, using high quality ingredients and no preservatives added.
Pasta available for special orders only: Ravioli (spinach and ricotta, squash, ricotta), Lasagne (vegetable, meet), Canelloni (vegetable, meet).

Cookies and Cakes
ALCHIMIA cookies and Cakes are made using our traditional Italian pastry making recipes; no preservatives added.

Jam
ALCHIMIA Jam is made using fruit from Farms and sugar only; no preservatives added.
